City...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, Flood stage; minor flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 AM PDT Wednesday the stage was 3.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 3.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 2.4 feet Friday,
    May 10.
  - Action stage is 3.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 3.5 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:10 AM PDT Wednesday the stage was 7.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 7.6 feet early this
    morning. It will then fall to 7.3 feet Friday afternoon. It
    will rise to 7.4 feet early Saturday morning. It will then
    fall to 7.3 feet late Saturday morning. It will rise above
    flood stage early Sunday afternoon to 8.2 feet late Sunday
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday
    morning.
  - Action stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
